"ميريكس للاستثمار" شركة تقدميّة لإدارة الأصول هدفها تحويل المساحات الحضرية التجريبية في دبي. تأسّست "ميريكس للاستثمار في العام 2019، وهو مشروع مشترك بين "دبي القابصة" و"بروكفيلد لإدارة الأصول" يهدف إلى ابتكار القيمة على المدى الطويل للمقيمين في دبي ولمجتمع الأعمال.
